Paying for your training course or seminar

Booking a training course
When you book a training course, seminar, workshop or coaching session you are also booking a particular time slot in which to take that course.

Advance / Pre-Payment
Enigma Consultancy and Quiddity Solutions are very keen to keep prices as low as possible for all our customers. In order to do this, it is important that we collect fees for training courses promptly and with as little difficulty as possible. Unfortunately, chasing unpaid bills takes a lot of time and cost money. In order to avoid having to pass on these costs to you, we do ask that you make sure that your fee arrives seven days before the first day of the training course.

Payment Terms
Should you require a proforma invoice in lieu of services, we will ensure that one is issued to you as required.

Invoice requests must be made sufficiently in advance.  Payment terms are normally within seven days; however payments within the seven-day period prior to the event may only be accepted at our discretion and must be made via BACS only.  Cheques will not be accepted during this period.  No exceptions will be made for late/lost payment.  If payment is not received promptly, you will lose your place(s) on the course.  Payments can be made by BACS, IBAN or Cheque.  Credit cards are not accepted.  All invoice requests must be sent in writing to Sabrina Ghayour via e-mail on: sabrina@enigmaconsultancy.com

What if I want to transfer or have to cancel?
If you want to transfer your booking from one course to another, we are happy for you to do this up to two weeks before the original course date. We can only transfer you once per booking. If you cancel after transferring, the appropriate fee is due.

If you cancel 30 days or more before the first training day, we will send you a full refund. If you need to cancel less than 30 days, but more than seven days before the course, you will be charged at half fee. If you cancel your booking within seven days of the course, the full fee will be due. However, you can substitute another colleague.

The reason we have to charge the full fee if people cancel at short notice is that often our courses are full and we will have turned people away or asked them to book on a later course. Late cancellations mean that we cannot fill these places.

What if the course is cancelled by Enigma Solutions?
Enigma Solutions reserve the right to cancel your course or make minor changes to the course at any time without compensation, if deemed necessary to the overall smooth running of the course.  We cannot accept responsibility for the cancellation of the course event due to a major force beyond our control (i.e.: terrorist activity, war, extreme weather conditions and acts of God).
